Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of this website and the status of what it publishes. They are not the terms of sale — those are agreed in writing, per order, and they prevail over anything here.

1. Acceptance
This website is operated by CIMMERONX Grinder Works Co., Ltd. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. What this website is
It is an informational site for industrial and trade buyers. It is not an online shop: there is no checkout, no price list, no basket and no way to place an order through it. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance.
3. Specifications, figures and images
Burr diameters, hardness values, grind ranges, burr life, motor ratings, capacities, tolerances, lead times, MOQs and tooling prices are published to help you scope a project. They are indicative, refer to typical production under stated test conditions, and may change as platforms are revised. They do not form a specification, a warranty or a contractual term unless they are repeated in a signed order or a datasheet we have issued for your part number.
Product illustrations on this site are drawings, and photographs are representative rather than a record of a specific unit. Finishes, colours and details vary between production runs and between markets.
4. Quotations and orders
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise, and are given for the quantity, specification, voltage and market stated in them.
- An order becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing. A purchase order alone does not create a contract.
- Prices exclude freight, insurance, duties, import taxes and any certification issued in your own name. Our default trade term is FOB at our nominated port of loading; other Incoterms are available on request.
- Where tooling is required, mass production is scheduled only after you have approved a T1 sample in writing.
5. Tooling
Where you pay for tooling, that tooling is your property. It is held at our plant, documented under your part number, maintained by us for as long as it is in production, and released to you or to a carrier you nominate on request, subject to any amounts outstanding. Where we rebate part of the tooling cost against production orders, the rebate terms are set out in the quotation and do not change this ownership position.
6. Your material, our material
Drawings, 3D models, artwork, trade marks and specifications you send us remain yours. We use them only to quote, tool and produce your order, we do not show them to other customers, and we do not use your tooling to make product for anyone else.
The text, illustrations, photographs, layout and code of this website are ours or licensed to us, and the CIMMERONX name and mark are ours. You may quote or link to the site with attribution; you may not copy it wholesale, present our content as your own, or use our name or mark to imply an endorsement, agency or distribution arrangement that has not been agreed in writing.
7. References to other products
We sometimes describe our work by reference to burr sizes, industry standards or a customer's existing "reference grinder". Any third-party name that appears in correspondence or on this site is used for identification and comparison only. It does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or approval from the owner of that name, and all such marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to breach or probe the site's security, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, introduce malicious code, or use the enquiry route to send unsolicited advertising. We may block access where any of that occurs.
9. Availability and accuracy
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of omissions, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. Certification claims, capacities and other figures are as at the date shown on the page.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss arising from reliance on indicative information published on this site rather than on a signed order or an issued datasheet. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability under a contract of sale is governed by that contract.
11. Third-party links
Where we link to another site — our profile on X, for example — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
12. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top of the page. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where CIMMERONX is established, and the applicable courts there have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Where a contract of sale specifies a different law, forum or arbitration seat, that contract prevails for matters arising under it.
