Four replies, in this order
We do not run a quotation queue. An enquiry with a drink and a quantity in it gets a technical answer, not a brochure.

Within one working day
A named engineer replies with clarifying questions — usually about duty cycle, voltage and which market the certification has to satisfy.

Two working days
Burr and drive recommendation, the nearest existing platform, indicative piece price and MOQ.

One to two weeks
Ground-coffee samples from your beans, plus a particle-distribution comparison against your reference grinder.

21–30 days
If tooling is involved: DFM read, tooling quotation and a T1 sample schedule.
